The rooster who sired these chicks has a huge comb, and the hens have large combs that flop over, so large combs are likely. The parents are all cuckoo colored Leghorns with some white feathering due to a possible exchequer in the background. Chick #1 is obviously a cockerel, but I'm putting him up here for comparison with what I hope are his sisters.

Chick #1, hatched July 8th.

Chick #2, also hatched July 8th.

And chick #3, hatched on July 10th, who was shrlnk wrapped and had to be helped out of the egg. You can't see the cute little white tail on these pictures. Nobody wanted to cooperate for the camera.

Hmm. That's a hard one.
I agree that #1 is a boy.

Based on how much black vs. white in the barring, I would think the other two are girls (all pure-for-barring breeds are sort-of autosexing, with the males being overall lighter in color than the females. I'm specifically looking at the backs & sides, not the white chests & bellies that some have.)

Based on comparing the comb sizes, I would also think #2 and #3 are girls.

My only problem is that their combs look SO BIG. If you had not posted #1 for comparison, I'd have sworn the others must be male.

My conclusion: please update later, because I don't trust myself either way at present!

That's where my doubts came in, too. I mentioned the parents' big combs hoping someone would look at their other features, like you did. :) So it looks like two pullets and a cockerel.
