OK, I know I said I would no longer read all the wonderful recipes you all post here, but I can't help myself....
Now I'm reading The Pioneer Woman blog---my sincerest thanks to whomever posted that one. I don't have time to read much with 3 young kids, but I did make one recipe tonight: Eggplant Pasta. It was great with a glass of wine and easy, too My kids ate it, except for my oldest who picked out the eggplant even though she's eaten it plenty of times before! She has a lot of great recipes and those pictures just make me drool EEK!
back to my laundry now, thanks again!!
