No, it isn't ideal but it's successfully pipped, so there's no need to panic.
Usually they're able to hatch by themselves, even when malpositioned. But this one will take longer than the others, because it missed the air cell, this is the equivalent of both internal and external pip. Be patient and keep an eye on it.

I agree it may have hit the air cell
I like to mark mine so I know ahead if they hit inside or out
But if baby did miss he has hit through so getting air
He will either hatch as he should or may just make a big hole in that area not being able to zip
At that point you could start to assist
Remember if he missed the air cell to add that time to his external pip
Showing one of my lockdown eggs
The air cell has dipped forward

Thank you! I was pretty worried when I saw it and pretty much haven't taken my eye off it since. It's gonna be a long night lol

which day was the last day you marked your egg? I marked mine on the 18th and they seem so small compared to yours!

I marked where the air cell was on day 18, but maybe it moved? Or got larger, I don't know how that works
Usually when they are about to internal pip that air cells dips foreword fast
My last two marks are only 2 days apart
I don’t ever run by lockdown date of the book
I candle my eggs daily and go by the eggs signs
I have 10 eggs and 6 now have shown signs
Eggs rocking , air cell with fast dip and shadowing pushing against air cell. That’s when I stop turning
I don’t up my humidity right away until I see an internal pip that way the air cell can still grow as needed
My other 4 eggs are close by morning they will all be on lockdown
