Piperazine dosage

Hello, my local feed store recommended Piperazine 52 as a wormer for my little flock. The bag does not have a dosage scale. Does anyone have a suggestion on how much of this powder I would mix for a 1 quart waterer? Thanks

The dosage would be one teaspoon per gallon of drinking water, for one day only

There's a 14 day slaughter withdrawal period. If the chicken is good to eat after 14 days, so are the eggs.
