Pipping day 19? Adjust temp?

I'm looking for some opinions. Should I adjust my temperature down a bit if I consistently have at least one pip late on day 19? I always have some chicks hatching on day 20 and the set finishes day 21. It's not easy keeping my temperatures rock steady this time of year as we live in an old farmhouse. I use Genesis 1588 incubators with auto-turners that are preset to around 100 F. Any thoughts on this?

I wouldn't worry about it if chicks are healthy

I think it's a little better with early hatch then a late most of chicks that have hatch late are week and usually die.
