Pipping ducklings

Second time hatching ducks and im still not that confident with the whole thing! One started to pipe one day early, and 24 hours later, now it has a 1cm hole in the shell. They are due to hatch today, but none of the others, have started to hatch yet?! What do i do, leave it!?!?!?

i havnt opened it!!

Still trying to crack the shell, maybe, in the morning, But none of the others look to even be attempting to pipe! D:
