Plans for Quaker Coop?

I really like the design of the Quaker chicken coop but i don't really want to be spending $1,400 its like super expansive for just a chicken coop. So does anyone have plans to build one that is 4x4 and red and white? if you do, how much do you think it would cost in materials to build this?

I found a thread on BYC where someone built a 4x4 quaker style coop in 2011 for $350. He has some good pics and some shots of his plans / templates.
