Plastic playouse to chicken coop

I'm planning on transforming an old plastic playhouse into a chicken coop. My plan is to elevate it about a foot off the ground, add a floor and somehow attach their portable run. I will be putting hardware wire over the windows and using spray foam to insulate the walls. Does anyone have any advice for me before I start? Will this work?

yes it will work my friend did it.i love the idea my friend atached his run on both sides out about 4 feet around to the front out about 10 feet.he atatched milk crates on one of the walls for nest boxes. and the roost from one corner to the other.he has 15 chickens living in it.
