The store manager fired my db for no reason and is a

. they use the mik jugs the are past the date for ice cream
 
don't you have a health dept that checks everything and gives them ratings for clean, store and employees, I know our MC in woodbury really got a low score so now we just drive on down the street to hardy s love their ham &cheese. and esp their onion rings. marrie
 
If your health dept is doing its job they don't ask the manager, they show up for unannounced inspections. They physically check everything including expiration dates. I supervised fast food restaurants for for 20+ years.
 
the health depot is still passing them. I am going to find out when the next time they make rotton milk ice cream and call the day before so they cheack that day
 
Gaited, I'm gonna say a few things that you may not like but I ask you
to at least consider these things and realize I'm only trying to help
you look at this from a different perspective.

In my experience no one gets fired for no reason, especially in fast food.

Maybe DB and his manager just had a personality conflict which resulted
in DB being let go.

Maybe DB did or didn't do something he should have done as an employee.
Maybe DB knows this and maybe DB doesn't.

Maybe there is an issue with honesty here. Sometimes being honest with
ourselves is the hardest thing to do.

My point is that whatever the reason for dismissal there HAD to be a
reason. DB telling you, and you telling everyone else, that this
happened for "no reason" only makes your problem worse and prevents
any sort of learning or growth come out of this situation. Listen, DB
may have just rubbed the manager wrong and his manager wanted DB
gone. That all really doesn't matter. What matters is that DB searches
him/herself, is honest with him/herself, and more importantly to me, is honest
with you.
