Both girls. The stripe down their legs is a sex link (I think!)

they both look like girls to me too. in the pic with a birds-eye-view (no pun intended, lol) they both have the same body shape and the feather growth seems nearly the same and they both have feathers on their "shoulders", most roos get those later. and the stubbier feathers on the other one don't look nearly as stubby as i've seen. as a matter fact, i don't think they look that stubby at all. i would vote 2 hens.

I also read that if they have the black stripe down their legs, they are females, and the males have light colored legs with no black stripe.
