PLEASE HELP - blood in incubator

I had my first chick born last night! She's an arucauna, and she seems to be doing fine.

In a different part of the bator, I noticed the water in one of the reservoirs under the mesh is very pink with blood. What does this mean? I don't want to open the 'bator, but I'm scared that one of the eggs is turned wrong.

Any ideas???

It could just be from the veins in the shell but I'm not sure
