please help bold on the lower part of back

all my red hens are bold on the lower part of back and not laying many eggs, i was getting about 12 eggs a day now im lucky to get 3.and they are about a year old

All of my red sex-link hens have a bald spot on their backs, but this is due to the rooster mating. At first he had a favorite or two, but now it's whoever is nearby when he's ready.
