I have 2 ducks, male and female, they are both 4 days old. On his 3rd day, he fell from our dinner table onto concrete floor and ever since then he has been always closing his eyes, not eating or drinking, putting his chest infant of his head, not balancing, not walking, not even pooping, while the female duck is way bigger than him, running everywhere, eating and drinking all the time, pooping very often. They usually try to jump but ever since that fall he cant jump and sometimes he tries and falls other times he makes it but then cant get down without hurting himself. what can we do to help? His foot looks a little bent but maybe its not but it does look like that because hes sitting down all the time and even when he tries to walk (to follow his sister) he doesn't have straight legs and is very slow, wobbly and shaky.
We don't know what to do. We feed him ourselves by putting it on our fingers and he does take it, same with water but not as much as the female one. If we gently rub a wet cotton pad on his butt he does poop. I feel like he is barely surviving! Any help please. If anyone experienced this before please let us know!!
