PLEASE HELP Green and yellow runny poop??

I have two BAx pullets and one has had green and yellow runny poop the last couple of days. I limited her fresh greens and just gave her layer feed (with some grains mixed in) but it hasn't cleared up. Last night she put herself to bed earlier than normal and seems lethargic this morning. Also, I think she laid her first eggs a couple of weeks ago but hasn't laid since. Don't know if this is related. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can try before running to the vet?

I'm not an expert... but, my understanding is green poop is an indicator that the nutrition from consumed food is not getting through the system...ie: either the crop is impacted, or they're just not eating. So, that's two things you can check!

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will get with you shortly.
