Please help! Her back bone is protruding!?

Hello, my hen (who's name is hawk) and sweet as could be is having trouble, she can't stand up for long and seems very wobbly when she does. Also I noticed a "bump" i think it's bone or something as hard, sticking up but not through her skin on her back. It's only her and her 2 sisters in their pen and the others are fine. Her feathers are beautiful and she still eats and drinks. Please whats happening with my girl?!?

So I went out to take pictures and the bump is gone. I'm guessing it was the way she was holding her wing maybe. She still is very lethargic and doesn't want to stand and tonight I noticed her one eye doesn't stay open its almost like she's falling asleep but only one eye. It's not swollen. She's so sweet and I just want to help her get better. She's still eating and "talking" just looks so sleepy.
