Please Help...I'm new to chickens

Ameraucana is shaking her head (Main concern, is this a disease?). I am treating her lice with DE, also coop and yard. The lice are concentrated in the duct area.

Be sure to dust all your chickens at the same time to avoid constant reinfestation. You cannot see the lice & may be unaware others are also infested.
