PLEASE HELP!! Infection under scab wound

Any suggestions as to how to lance and/or take care of an infected bite to our little chicken. Have already administered antiobiotics for 14 days and the largest wound appears to have pussy stuff under the skin. Thanks to anyone with suggestions.

Pick the scab off if there is one- if it is hard and thick use very warm damp cloth to 'hot compress' it to soften the scab. Once removed gently squeeze puss out.

Flush with saline solution or a diluted antibacterial surgical scrub such as chlorahexaderm (available at CVS)

keep clean and dry and allow it to breath.

If no scab disinfect skin over puss, use tip of a very sharp NEW/sterilized razor or safety pin and jab slightly to create a space for the puss to come out, flush the 'hole' left from the puss and do the same as above...
