Please Help Me City Trying To Take My Chickens Away ( Michigan )

    Hey i live in Dearborn heights MI, The city is trying to take away my silkies. From my understanding there a Michigan right to farm act i printed it off and took it to the city hall. Can anyone help me? any info at all please??

    not familiar w/ the area but there are usually ordinances about having them in city limits. I would try to find that. I can understand saying no roosters in town but I don't understand hens. They are less noisy than most peoples dogs! well shoot roosters are less noisy than some peoples dogs! Hope you can find some info and save your babies.

    There is a very extensive thread here on the Michigan Right to Farm Act. It is the most comprehensive Right to Farm act in the US.
