Thanks for stopping by my post!

We got this hen out of a mixed breed bin at Orscheln's early this spring, no idea what breed she is, any guesses?

Here she is as a baby:

The neck feathers in her latest photo remind me of my buff Brahma hen. I had several mixed chicks hatched this year that looked just like her as chicks.
You hen is very pretty. How is her temperment?

She's very skiddish, when she was smaller one of our dogs cornered her in a window well and scared the beejesus out of her and she's been like that ever since. In fact, her name is Sketch.
She's not my flightiest bird but she does jump the fence with her sisters once in a while, she's a follower not a leader. We were hoping for an ameracana but I haven't seen one with her particular comb and yellow legs, I really dont know though.

She's an overall good bird, I just wish she was a little more social

Maybe when she starts laying eggs she will be more sociable. I am hoping that is true for mine. They avoid me like the plague even when I have treats! [IMG] [IMG]

Definitely a hen, definitely not EE. She looks like a brown leghorn to me.
