Please help me sex my new Dominique chicks.

    OK so I just hatched out my first set of Dominique chicks last Thurs (12/1) & I was wondering if I could get some help sexing them...
    According to this http://www.dominiquechicken.com/Sexing_Dominique_chicks.html I have 2 boys (Chicks 1 & 5) & 3 girls... What do y'all think?!

    It's hard for me to tell from the pics, but I think you might have it right. How the white spot on the top of their heads look?

    Looks right . . . hard to tell on the 3'rd one though. Males are supposed to have bigger more defined spots on their head as well

    You are correct exactly! Males have solid yellow legs while the females have a black wash down the front. I LOVE Dominiques! They are my all time favorite breed. My girl Sally laid her first egg at 22 weeks. You will love this breed.

    Yes, but the spots as a whole are bigger. (defined as in easier to see [​IMG] ) didn't mean to cause any confusion!
