Please help me with Amprol dose for 6wk bantam silkie w/cocci!!!!!!!

I have both amprolium and sulmet. Need dosing help!!! Started Ampro 1cc to 32 oz water gave by syringe.......
edit: how often please...my syringe is 1ml of the 32 oz solution....thank you!!
