please help my sick gal

Hi- I have a two year old hen who started limping a week ago. I checked her over and saw no sign of injury or break. It is now worse and she has developed a pink spot on her underside. Maybe like there is something inside her that is hurt. I don't think she has an egg stuck as I have read up on that. What could the pink spot be on her underside? Any advice would REALLY be appreciated.
