Please Help!! Silkie Chicken head really injured

Silkie chicken head is seriously bloody. It is not bleeding anymore. What should I do? How do I clean it I am kinda worried that it is her skull, and i have no clue what to do! Please help!!

No! That would cause serious pain for your poor bird. (Have you ever put that on a cut?) I would gently clean the blood off with plain water to see the extent of the injury and proceed from there. How did it get injured?
I have no clue. She was just found like this today.

Hmm. I wouldn't tolerate an aggressive rooster if he attacked my hens. Is that the only rooster you have?
We might have another, we have no clue. The aggressive roo is a Black Orpington and the suspected roo is a silkie/cochin mix. To the best of my knowledge, the aggressive roo has not harmed any of the hens. It could have been one of our older hens though.
