Please help- unwell hen

For the last 2 days our hen has become unwell. She is standing with her neck pulled in and I haven’t seen her eat or drink today. I picked her up and gently tipped her forward and massaged her crop incase she had sour crop, a small amount of brown looking fluid came out of her beak. I tried giving her some bio youghurt but she wasn’t interested. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong with her? She was fine a few days ago, this has come on quite suddenly. If this helps solve the mystery, I’m pretty sure she has been laying rather big eggs lately. Not sure if this could be a sign of her being eggbound. Ive not experienced this before with any of my hens. Any advice would be very much appreciated. She is a much loved hen, my children adore her.
