How is she being treated in the coop and outside? Is she being bullied or chased by roosters? Her legs look injured and bruised. Is she limping or having problems getting around?

I'm replying for Dominik since I live with him ;)

She is on the bottom of the pecking order but it's not that bad. She is not limping nor having problems getting around.
The black on her legs is normal, she has had blackish lines/spots on her legs since she was a chick (she's a barred rock).

It's just that we noticed a bloody scale, and were wondering what it could be. Could it be leg mites? or maybe she just got her leg stuck somewhere?? (which would be unusual because I don't see where, but it still could be a possibility...)

It looks more like a pecking injury, or other type of injury.
