Please help! Wound turning blue?

My polish crested hen was attacked by a hawk. We intervened and she came out with a nasty neck wound and a smaller wound on the side of her right eye. It appears to be turning blue. The attack happened 2 days ago so I have a hard time believing it is necrosis. We washed with saline, rooster booster poultry wound spray and put bacitracin. Any idea of what this could be? Any advice? Thanks in advance!

sorry for the circumstances. Chicken wounds seem to bruise and turn greenish/blue in coloration while healing. Keep on with the bacitracin, and as long as she is eating the prognosis for recovery is good.
