My polish crested hen was attacked by a hawk. We intervened and she came out with a nasty neck wound and a smaller wound on the side of her right eye. It appears to be turning blue. The attack happened 2 days ago so I have a hard time believing it is necrosis. We washed with saline, rooster booster poultry wound spray and put bacitracin. Any idea of what this could be? Any advice? Thanks in advance!

[IMG] sorry for the circumstances. Chicken wounds seem to bruise and turn greenish/blue in coloration while healing. Keep on with the bacitracin, and as long as she is eating the prognosis for recovery is good.
