    I think It may be impacted r sour crop but not sure what it is or what to do about it it is very big and it did drag on the ground. I picked her up and made her vomit but didn't get much please help or give advise anything is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Is it soft or firm? Since it is red, I would be concerned that it is a tumor.

    It is pretty soft and I can feel a lot of feed in the crop. Thanks

    Well, then it could be a pendulous crop, which is when the crop becomes stretched out losing muscle tone, from eating too much over a long period. Some use crop bras which you can find online with a search. There several threads about it if you do a search either in the search box above or a Google search.
