Please Help!

Monday morning I found one of my hens still in the nesting box,when I looked in she panicked and tried to stand but failed. I took her inside the house and tried looking at her. She refused to stand and when she tried she stumbled and fell back over. She disnt really eat or drink at first but now she is, but I have no idea what to do and am worried.

she is holding one foot back and won't stand on it, It does look a bit swollen though

The swelling may indicate a sprain or an infection. Hens can experience a temporary lameness from egg binding or laying sometimes. Can you get a picture of the leg swelling, and one of her standing or sitting? How old is she, and was she vaccinated for anything?
