My 11-week old Sebright has the mist crooked beak I’ve ever seen. Have y’all seen this before? Is it common? She is maturing & thriving. When she was a chick, her beak was noticeably long & curved, but has evolved into this distortion. Can a vet do anything? Wonder if it will continue to get worse? I sure hope it doesn’t inhibit her ability to eat or drink as she ages.
Posted several pics below. Notice the 2 pics that show the other side of her head & it’s not noticeable. Isn’t she adorable? Her name is McFly (sister is Marty)

Sorry about your little chicken. Unfortunately crooked beak (scissors beak) chickens tend to get worse as they grow. But many have luck trimming the beak very slightly and using deep bowls with feed that is mixed with water to help them eat and drink enough. Some use nipple waterers as well, but I would continue using what she is used to for now. Here is some more reading about how to take care of these chicks:

My friend had a crooked beak chicken just like that who lived very happily through adolescence with no difficulty. Unfortunately a raccoon got her so we never got to find out if she could survive through adult hood. Im sure there are some ways to help her out a bit but as long as she seems to be getting enough food and water I wouldn't worry too much.
