10 weeks is too early for male feathering. The comb is large-ish but not enough to say it's definitely a cockerel.

Silkies are tough because the combs are dark, so you're not going to see redness. Bearded birds don't show much in the way of wattles, either. So lots of times it can take a long while to tell.that is giving me hope, lol!
Polish feather up fast. I've got some chicks 3 weeks older and the male just started getting his male feathers about this age and they are obvious now at 13 weeks.
Yep, and it takes silkies a while to grow their combs, and a polish comb is flat apart from the horns.
