So, my dad has decided he would like to try butchering and I am going to help him. I am gathering as much info as possible for how to do it and when is the right age. Please post pics and/or videos about how to process chickens and please tell me when the right age to process them is. All of the roosters doomed to be dinner are about this age: Is this the right age to process them? Should we wait any longer? This is only one roo. There are others that look almost identical. Please post! I am at a loss here, as to what to do.
