PLEASE POST PICS ABOUT HOW TO PROCESS CHICKENS

    So, my dad has decided he would like to try butchering and I am going to help him. I am gathering as much info as possible for how to do it and when is the right age. Please post pics and/or videos about how to process chickens and please tell me when the right age to process them is.

    All of the roosters doomed to be dinner are about this age:

    Is this the right age to process them? Should we wait any longer? This is only one roo. There are others that look almost identical. Please post! I am at a loss here, as to what to do.

    This is the video that really showed me a great way to process. Very clear. All of the Salatin videos are informative. As far as when to process, age has nothing to do with it. It all depends on the size you want.
