I don't know if this is the right place to post or not, but I would love to see pictures of anyone's cochins to compare mine too. I am just starting to breed cochins and would like to see the best cochins out there! Also, if you bought yours from someone, please post where you got them (incase I want to enhance my flock)

Standards or bantams? And do you care if they are or ain't SQ? I got 4 mottled bantams from a breeder in VA, Camelotfarms

Dot, Spot, Fleck & Speck are only 5 months old.

Speck is missing, but heres a kind of recent pic

Quote:Doesn't matter is they're standard or bantam, or show quality or not. I just want to see cochins! Yours are so cute. I have two mottled bantams and their names are also Dottie and Speck!

That are fulling out now. The downside to cochins; mature SOOOOOO slowly. They are sweet though. These guys have great feet feathering and each day get more mottling and less black. In September only their neck was mottled, and now look at em. Pampered Poultry and Camelot Farms have cochins if you wanted to check them out. Patyrdz and GreenFamilyFarms have the standard cochins.

Here is my Cordon Bleu at 6 months. She's just from the local feed store (Privett Hatchery, NM) but I think she is gorgeous.

    She's got the furriest feet.
