On the other hand I have a Leghorn cross pullet that has a big floppy comb and a few pointy saddle feathers just above her tail but she lays eggs. So go figure.

I have another one similiar to this one but he has a larger, redder comb. I am thinking about getting a wheaten or blue ameraucana to pair him up with!!!
