I voted yes, but I am concerned that people can't have more than five hens, and one of the council members said that is a good number for people to start with. The statement is true enough, but if you start there, where do you go? I have 19 birds, soon to be 18 as our silkie is crowing. I didn't set out to have a large number, and honestly, I don't think I will get any more, unless there are closet roos who are not declaring themselves because Zeus is keeping them submissive, but I would like the freedom to do what I want here. I just have trouble with the limitation on number of birds.
