Plymouth Rock - Guts hanging out

I have a plymouth rock chicken which has just hatched and it has a red balloon looking thing hanging out its backside, Is this normal or not?

Looks like a prolapse to me. Or maybe it's unabsorbed yolk?

I've looked in to it, and I'd say it's definitely an unabsorbed yolk. Just separate him from the others abd he should absorb it in a few days. It's fairly common.
