Plymouth rock looking lifeless

I went out to check on my chickens this morning and my Plymouth Rock was laying there looking like she was dead
When I picked her up she moved a little
Her head will just hang down lifeless and then she would stretch her head back against her back
She didn’t drink when I placed her by the water
She appeared fine last night when checking on them
Is there any thing I can do for her

Separate her from the rest of your flock by placing her in a dog crate or something similar.

How old is she?

Have you checked her crop (empty/full?)?

Does she free range (and possibly eaten something unhealthy/poisonous)

I separated her from the rest of my chickens I brought her in the house in a box
She was a year old
Her crop was empty
She didn’t free range
