I thought I would be able to tell if I had Roos or hens by now. I have been researching on line, and really no luck on my own. I found that people have been extremely helpful on this site. So I was hoping if someone here could help me?

Here is Salt. I believe he or she is a Lavender Orppington.

That's salt again. And the one behind her is Venom. He's a Roo.

Here is Pepper. Today he or she climbed on top of our newer RI Red.

pepper is 2000% rooster. he has some very nice crisp barring and those saddles and hackles are long slender and pointed. also the is a barred Plymouth rock, one of the different verities that Plymouth rocks come in.

now the lavender is also 2000% cockerel. those long slender saddles and hackles are a dead give away

Wow! Thanks everyone. I've been trying to figure this out for months. I had a feeling about those 2. It stinks, but now I have to give them up. Really amazing looking birds.
