plz help I have a dying chick

so yesterday I had a chhick pip its egg and make a crack...next day I didnt find him hatched so I decide to help and got him out of the shell...the mother isnt treating him right and after a two hour period he is really tired and not dry...is it possible I put him in my fan incubator that has been on for two weeks....or anything else

Well I would do just that and see if he comes around .....
