poison!!!

one of my chickens got out, and stayed near the coop, but that chicken ran over some poison ivy! is it dangerous?

I don't think that poison ivy affects any species but homo sapiens.

I think mine eat the stuff. I have poison ivy pretty bad in some places of my property and when I pull a tractor through there the ivy vines get picked clean like much of everything else. If it bothers them I've never been able to discern it.
