Polish chicken gender

I just got polish chickens that are about 8 weeks old. I think they are pullers but I'm not sure. Sorry if the pictures aren't great.

I don't have experience with the Polish breed, but I'm going to say both are pullets. I would watch the black and white one.

Thanks guys! I wasn't really worried about the black and white one but the white polish I wasn't really sure about but the crest feathers are rounded so thats a little reassuring. Is the white and black one a silver laced polish?
