I bought some polish hatching eggs and some of the chick's have extra or fused toes. Is this normal? Is it desirable in the breed?

It's not normal for the breed. Silkie, Favorelle and Sultan maybe? have five toes.

    Okay thank you.
The person that I got the eggs from saus the rooster had 5 toes. Does that mean he is most likely a mix?

What color are the chicks? Mottled Houdans have 5 toes.

I tried attaching pictures. Not sure if it worked but they are black with some white.

I can't see them. It is possible the person you got the eggs from has a Houdan rooster and doesn't know it. I'm on a mobile device so I can't post a picture of one, but if you search for "mottled Houdan chick images" you will find some to compare.

Actually sorry I was thinking of the polish/frizzle crosses

The polish are 1 white, it only has a split toe on one foot. 2 what I would call blue with white tops. I think both of these have extra toes and then 1 black with white top and I don't think this oNE has any extra toes

Then they have to be mixes. With either a Houdan, Sultan, silkie, Dorking or Faverolles. Those are the only 5 toed breeds.
