Polish fighters

Why do my polish keep pecking one another's head till it bleeds ? Are they both roosters they are about 3 months old . Will pullets do that too? I hope so cuz I want a pullet :/

Hens or roosters can peck, and if they see blood, they are more likely to keep pecking. If it is bleeding put some blood stop or styptic pencil (in shaving section of drug store) on it. If it is really bleeding heavily take the bleeding one out until it scabs over.
