Polish gender, and mystery breed help?

Their poofs are huge. The two polish in question have flat tops, I thought only males had flat topped poofs.

This is the last one I wanted to ask about but couldn't get a pic of without help. What's the breed and gender of this one? Looks like a barred rock but has a totally different comb then our barred rock hen.

So the polish is 5-6 months? If so, it is a pullet.

No, the polish are older, like the black one, about a year old.

The polishes are pullets and the barred one is a dominique pullet.

So two polish hens,
One black lqngshan hen,
one silver lakenvelder hen,
One calico princess hen,
And one Dominique hen? Was confused of her gender because she looked like she had the rooster sickle tail feathers.
