Polish hen not eating in her own

Hi. I have a polish hen that has mareks disease. I’ve been taking care of her for months now. She has gotten a little better. I made here a wheelchair bc she cannot walk but is doing well otherwise. She seemed happy until I got her a stuffed animal chicken. She was eating on her own but now she’s not. It seemed like it happened when I gave it to her. She loves it and cuddles up next to it. Any thoughts ?

Remove the stuffed animal chicken for a few days and watch what happens.
