Polish Roo?

I have four polish chicks about 7.5 weeks old. This is the only one that is getting these things (I am a new chicken owner and am embarassed that I do not know what these things are called) under his/her beak. Do you think that this one may be a rooster? Or do all polish get them?

I know this isn't a good picture, but this is what the others look like.

I am just very excited about my chickens! I am hoping that this one is a rooster and the other three are hens!!!

Wattles, and looks like a roo to me.

All chickens (well I think there might be a couple breeds that don't or don't get big ones), get wattles. Boys just generally have larger ones than girls. I would say that is a roo.

He is so funny. If any of the other chickens get too far away from their pen, he chases them all back! Do roosters do that? Or just dominate chickens?
