Polish sexing help!

Love this littl guy/girl! About ten weeks old, and pretty much no comb. Tail feathers seem to be round except for the longest ones which have been pecked at so may not be a good representation. How do you tell the sex with these guys? What do you think, hen or roo?

I don't know much on Polish - but, the crest seems pullet type at this point in time. Males tend to have really wild, rock star crests with streamers. Yorkshire Coop would be a better one to access this bird.
