Polish white crested black polish chicken making funny noise

    Hi one of my polish is making a funny noise like a hiccup
    it is not a sneeze has not got a runny nose or anything else
    she is 19 weeks old
    could she be about to lay

    Some of my chickens make a noise like that when they get excited, or feed time, LOL

    i have just noticed that she is keeping mouth
    open with head streached forward [​IMG]
    could it Be gape worm ?
    i have just wormed them with fubervent tho 1 week ago ?

    My WC polish hen is a complere whack job. We named her Milly, but my middle daughter calls her SpazzBall! She runs in circles, makes odd noises, and just is completely different from all the other hens. The WC polish roo, otoh, is rather normal.

    Yea my Polish are funny too. One has a "call" like a peacock-and real loud! Lola, the one in my avatar, is a sweetie, wants to be a house chicken. Her mom is sweet too. The rest are kind of goofy. One thinks she is a roo.
