Polish with crusty eye…

Hi everyone. I have a polish with a crusty eye that is stuck shut. I’m not sure what’s wrong and I’m really hoping it’s not anything serious. It’s not swollen, no discharge, and no sneezing. Not sure what the eye looks like under there, but hopefully nothing bad. It does appear that she was pecked under the eye and a bit on the other eye. Open to any suggestions!! Thank you guys!!!

I'd try a warm cloth first to see if there is anything stuck in her eye and maybe terramycin eye ointment.
