Taking a guess Cockerel. But am not and expert...by any chance do you have anymore photos of his/her tail? If so, please let us know. Very nice looking bird and I will try and help the best I can.

Adult feathers don't come in until they are 4-5 months of age, so looking at the size and redness of the comb is the best way to sex younger birds. If the males are colored differently than the females that can also be a factor. A large red comb at 10 weeks almost always means a rooster.
