Adult feathers don't come in until they are 4-5 months of age, so looking at the size and redness of the comb is the best way to sex younger birds. If the males are colored differently than the females that can also be a factor. A large red comb at 10 weeks almost always means a rooster.

As far as his tail goes, it's still a bit early but I am guessing rooster.

Sorry they've already sold, they look similar but this chickens comb and wattle are bigger
