Does anyone have a process for building a pond for one goose? I have the area outlined for a 15 foot long, 12 foot wide and 2 foot deep pond. Would have a center island area of about a yard for her to rest on.
What are the BASIC components I need for this? (Especially how to keep it clean would be appreciated.)
Thanks!

Just a heads up, your more than likely going to get a LOT of comments from people telling you not to have just one goose. They're meant to be flock animals and will get lonely being by themselves. I happen to have just one goose and she's doing just fine, but she does have our cats. they were born the same week and have always been together. I think my goose believes she's a cat :)

On the pond note, i used a 2 foot deep by 6 foot across round pool for her and she loves it. For something so big, i would think the pool cleaning nets, the long ones on the adjustable stick, would really help keeping debris and stuff out. would probably be a lot of work tho.
